การตอบข้อซักถาม
(Handling Questions)
ในระหว่างการนำเสนอนั้นผู้ฟังอาจเกิดข้อสงสัยเกี่ยวกับประเด็นต่างๆขึ้น
ผู้บรรยายจึงควรจะเตรียมตัวรับมือกับการซักถามที่อาจเกิดขึ้นโดยเลือกใช้คำพูดที่เหมาะสมกับแต่ละสถานการณ์
การให้ซักถามได้ระหว่างการนำเสนอ
· - If you have any questions during my talk, please stop
me and ask.
· - If there is any questions, please feel free to
(stop me and) ask.
· - Please stop me at any time if you have any questions.
· - I’ll be happy to answer any questions that you may have
during the talk/presentation.
การขอให้ซักถามหลังจากการนำเสนอสิ้นสุดแล้ว
· - If you have any questions (during my talk), please ask
me at the end of the presentation.
· - I’ll be happy to answer any questions at the end of my
presentation.
· - If you have any questions, I’d be pleased to answer
them after the presentation.
· - Can I ask you to hold any questions you may have until
the end of my presentation?
· - Please hold any questions you may have until the end of
my presentation.
· - I would welcome any questions/comments at the end of
the presentation.

เมื่อไม่เข้าใจหรือไม่ได้ยินคำถาม
· - I’m sorry, could you speak a little slower, please?
· - Could you repeat your question, please?
· - Let me make sure I get/understand your questions
(correctly), are you asking (that/about) ...?
· - I’m sorry, I’m not sure I understand. Is your question
...?
· - I’m sorry, could you speak a little louder, please?

เมื่อไม่สามารถให้คำตอบหรือข้อมูลได้
· - I’m sorry, I don’t have that information with me. I can
try and get it to you later, if you like.
· - I’m sorry, I don’t know the answer to that question at
this time.
· - I’m sorry, I don’t think we have enough time to get
into that now, can we discuss/talk about it later?
· - I’m sorry, that information is confidential.
· - I’m sorry, I’m not in a position to discuss that
issue/problem/etc.
· - I’m sorry, I’m not permitted to give you that
information.
