รูปแบบประโยคภาษาอังกฤษที่ใช้ในการนำเสนอ (Presentation)

คำนำ (Introduction)

This morning I’m going to .. (talk about ..) / Today I’d like to .. (describe ..)
= บอกหัวข้อเรื่องที่จะพูด

The aim of my presentation is to .. (explain ..)
= บอกวัตถุประสงค์ของการนำเสมอ

เช่น

I’ve divided my presentation into .. / My talk will be in .. (tree parts).

First, I’d like to .. (give you an overview of .. )

Second, I’ll move on to .. / Then I’ll focus on ..

After that we’ll deal with .. / Finally, we’ll consider ..

การกล่าวถึงการถามคำถาม

Feel free to / Do interrupt me if there’s anything you don’t understand.
= ในกรณีที่อนุญาตให้ผู้ฟังถามได้ทันทีในขณะที่เราพูดอยู่

If you don’t mind, we’ll leave questions till the end.
= ในกรณีที่ต้องการให้ผู้ฟังถามตอนสุดท้าย ไม่ขัดจังหวะขณะที่เราพูด

การเชื่อโยงเข้าสู่ประเด็นต่างๆ ตามลำดับ

So, let’s start with .. (the objectives ..)

Now let’s move on to .. ( the next part ..)

Let’s turn our attention to .. (the question of ..)

This leads me to .. (my third point ..)

Finally .. (let’s consider ..)

การสรุปสิ่งที่กล่าวไปแล้ว

That completes my .. (description of ..) / So, to summerize .. (there are five key points ..)

การอ้างถึงสิ่งที่ได้กล่าวไปแล้ว และการขอพูดถึงประเด็นใดประเด็นหนึ่งอีกครั้ง

I mentioned ealier .. ( the importance of ..)

I’ll say more about this later. / We’ll come back to this point later.

การถามเพื่อดูว่าผู้ฟังเข้าใจหรือไม่

Is that clear? / Are there any questions?

การจัดการกับคำถาม

= ใช้ชมผู้ถามอย่างจริงใจ เมื่อคำถามนั้นๆ เป็นคำถามที่ดี ไม่ควรใช้ 2 ประโยคนี้กับทุกๆ คำถาม เพราะจะฟังดูเสแสร้ง ไม่จริงใจ

Can I get back to you on that later? I’m afraid I don’t have .. (the information at present)./I’m afraid I’m not the right person to answer that.
= ไม่แน่ใจว่าเราจะตอบคำถามนั้นๆ ได้กระจ่างและถูกต้อง ถือเป็นการหลีกเลี่ยงการตอบคำถามแบบสุภาพ
